The new Allianz office, situated in the iconic One Festival Tower, spans two floors of sleek, modern design. The space is a harmonious blend of functionality and aesthetics, designed to accommodate the dynamic needs of a bustling office environment. Key to the design is a striking feature staircase, seamlessly connecting the two levels and serving as a focal point that encourages interaction and movement.

Dynamic and Flexible Spaces
Designed for a workforce of 350 staff, the office layout includes expansive open-plan areas that foster collaboration and communication. These spaces are complemented by versatile meeting rooms and collaborative zones, offering flexibility for various work styles and team needs. The use of high-end finishes, including custom joinery and exquisite stone tile flooring, adds a touch of sophistication and elegance to the workspace.
