Project: Deloitte Parramatta

Deloitte’s move to Parramatta Square was driven by a need to centralise staff from multiple areas of the business.

Spanning 3,528sqm and two-stories, this recent project completion reiterates Deloitte’s commitment to the Western Sydney region and provides their staff a workplace of the future, with a major focus on team collaboration. The fitout consists of open plan workstations, extensive collaboration and project spaces, meeting rooms of various sizes, quiet rooms, parents’ room, faith room, first aid room, amenities and an all-gender bathroom.

The fitout also includes a multipurpose room, which can be used for functions, as well as serve as a boardroom, with space for 80 people.

A centerpiece of the office, the “linking hands” staircase allows for a seamless and collaborative transition between stories and office spaces.
