Situated on the top floor of the iconic ONE ONE ONE Eagle Street building, GPT Space & Co provides an unparalleled working environment in the heart of Brisbane’s bustling business district. The space offers stunning panoramic views of the Brisbane River, making it not only a place to work but also an inspiring environment for professionals.

Thoughtful Design for a Modern Workforce

The design of GPT Space&Co is a testament to thoughtful planning and attention to detail. The space features a variety of work environments, including collaboration areas, project meeting rooms, boardrooms, and private offices. It caters to the needs of up to 30 businesses, creating a vibrant shared environment that fosters collaboration and innovation. Special consideration was given to acoustics, with advanced materials and construction techniques ensuring privacy and comfort in all private offices.

Bespoke Elements and High-Quality Finishes

The interior design of GPT Space & Co is characterised by bespoke elements that elevate the space. Notably, the office boasts 40,000 individually laid, brick-patterned tiles that add a unique texture and visual appeal. The feature fin-ceilings, custom-made furniture, and luxurious upholstery contribute to an atmosphere of sophistication and modern elegance, setting a new standard for professional workspaces in Brisbane.
