A Modern Spec Suite on Level 13
The completion of the Level 13 Spec Suite is a testament to SHAPE’s dedication to creating versatile and inspiring workspaces. This floor features a well-balanced mix of breakout spaces, workstations, quiet rooms, meeting rooms, and boardrooms. Each area is thoughtfully designed to cater to the diverse needs of modern businesses, offering flexibility, comfort, and a professional atmosphere. The design prioritizes both collaboration and focus, ensuring that every corner of the office supports productivity and creativity. Our photography aimed to capture the essence of these spaces, highlighting the clean lines, modern furnishings, and strategic use of natural light that define the Level 13 Spec Suite.
Comprehensive Warm Shell Works
In addition to the Spec Suite, SHAPE’s work at 255 Pitt Street includes the transformation of four additional floors (Levels 14-17) through comprehensive warm shell works. This phase of the project involves the completion of lift lobbies, bathrooms, and six stair/void infills, providing a solid foundation for future fitouts. The careful attention to detail in these areas ensures that the space is both functional and aesthetically pleasing, ready to accommodate a range of potential tenants. Our photography captures these foundational elements, emphasizing the quality of workmanship and the potential for future customization.
