The new Australian headquarters for Brookfield Properties pairs the company’s strong brand values with a restrained material palette of white, polished stainless steel, marble and deep ochres.

Taking cues from Modernist design ideas of geometry and form, the interior reveals a gallery-like space that showcases Brookfield’s diverse global portfolio and commitment to quality.

Lighting plays a critical role in expressing sculptural forms by outlining a dramatic three-story void with a spiral staircase at the centre. Light bounces of the hand-finished plaster form to counterbalance the rigor of the surrounding rectilinear interior.
