Hub Wynyard is located at level 11 and 12 floors of the newly-constructed Brookfield Place. Designed by the award winning architect Bates Smart, Hub Wynyard provides diverse range of flexible and premium workspaces combining the highest standards of hospitality, amenity and business lounge for tenants.

Central to the state-of-the-art workspace is the modern feature stair created by Active Metal which beautifully connects the two floors, bringing together work, social and collaboration spaces, with expertly positioned biophilic features adding to the comforting and welcoming appeal. The stair itself is a steel plate construction, seamlessly fused together and softened by the inclusion of high quality joinery linings and timber handrails. About Brookfield Place Sydney

A decade in the making, concept designed by Make Architects and executed by Architectus and Multiplex, Brookfield Place Sydney forms the new heart of a rejuvenated Wynyard Place. The precinct’s centrepiece is a brand new, 27 level premium Grade office tower at 10 Carrington Street which integrates seamlessly with the historic and fully modernized Shell House located on the corner of Carrington and Margret Street.

Shell House is the winner of the 2021 National Trust (NSW) Heritage ‘Conservation Built Heritage’ award.
