ASIC’s new Sydney Head office at 100 Market St, in Sydney’s CBD.

Featuring an eye-catching colour palette, and a spacious open floorplan, level 5 works were limited to the new NMC room and for typical floors (L6-10) they consist of glazed partitioned offices, meeting facilities inclusive of AV, and breakout facilities. Two high-end specialised hubs have been installed to allow for large town halls and to cater for hundreds of people. Works involved the fit-out of commercial floors for the lease renewal of the office space. Works included new carpets and ceilings, architectural joinery and new lockers, workstations, feature wall panelling, AV, Specialist lighting all whilst adhering to SCEC requirements to protect the secure floors.
